We work to provide nourishing, ethically sourced food to meet a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. There is always fridge and pantry space available for any personal items you choose to bring with you, but please tell us what food helps you thrive, and any foods you avoid.

Folks staying onsite are contributing towards their three-meals-per-day by doing one hour/day cooking or cleaning, and paying ~$40/day. We can be flexible about how many meals off-site guests are opting into, but we ask you to contribute generously with your time and money at the end of the retreat once you've seen how it plays out.

No thank you. I prefer to provide all of my own food and eat separately.
