A daylong Contact Improvisation workshop, honoring Steve Paxton and Nancy Stark Smith’s teachings and explore the ways their movement lineages continue to live through us.
Embrace your voice and unique creativity! This intensive provides a safe and fun space to practice embodying core principles of spontaneous vocal composition: listening, attunement, courage, self-trust, compassion, dynamics, and the spirit of play. We will focus on the building blocks of vocal improvisation to develop awareness, skills, confidence and cohesion.
