They provide the dynamic contents of the outer envelope of flesh encompassing the skeletal structure. Through this system we embody our vitality, express our power, and engage in the dialogue of resistance and resolution.

Rise & Shine with Niki

7.30-8.20am Thursday mornings starting November 7th (50 mins)
Rise & Shine - Kickstart your day with this class by working with your body & breath. A physical practice that focuses on strength, flexibility, breath and balance through static or linked poses, mandala flows, and challenging ‘peak pose’ flows to bring you into your bodies and onto your mats, leaving you blissfully energized and ready for your day. We will use Hatha & Vinyasa yoga to help improve internal and external stability. While some knowledge of basic yoga asanas can be helpful, it doesn’t matter where you are on your yoga journey, by attending regularly you will benefit from advancing your yoga practice and challenging yourself daily. Join in-person or online. A link to the online class will be sent once you register.
