Shake with Niki (in-person only)
5-6.30pm Second Sunday of every month, starting November 10th (60-75 mins)
Group Shake - A somatic movement practice during which we will shake to music or sometimes, silence. Shaking, individually but as part of a group to ground us, can be healing as it is a natural way to relieve tension. You may choose to shake standing, seated, lying down or alternating between those depending on what your body needs in the moment. You can choose your own intensity, when to stop or when to keep going as you listen to your own body. While it is important to keep ourselves open to what, if anything, may arise emotionally, please only engage to the degree that you can still care for yourself. This is not a therapeutic space. The practice will start with a demonstration and it will end in silence. Dress comfortably and stay hydrated!
$10-$25 (with Sonic Immersion $8-20 - Come just for the Shake, or stay on for the Sonic Immersion right after)
A multi-instrumental Sound Bath by Sasha Bogdanowitsch to create an ever-evolving sonic tapestry that will immerse attendees in resonance and overtones; aiding all in their own sonic journey, relaxation, stress reduction and/ or meditation.
Connect to your creative spirit at Vocal Tapestry - a safe and fun space to weave together the principles of spontaneous composition, such as rhythm, melody, and dynamics. Each week, we will play games and learn practices that focus on a specific element of vocal improvisation to develop your awareness, skills, and confidence.

Rise & Shine with Niki (in-person or online)

A physical practice that focuses on strength, flexibility, breath and balance through static or linked poses, mandala flows, and challenging ‘peak pose’ flows to bring you into your bodies and onto your mats, leaving you blissfully energized and ready for your day. We will use Hatha & Vinyasa yoga to help improve internal and external stability. While some knowledge of basic yoga asanas can be helpful, it doesn’t matter where you are on your yoga journey, by attending regularly you will benefit from advancing your yoga practice and challenging yourself daily. Join in-person or online. A link to the online class will be sent once you register.
